Terms and conditionsAll spree-ers who join my spree will be deemed to have read the terms and conditions and all of the terms and conditions will be binding.
Spree :
1) Please be patient with us while we will try to answer your enquiries asap
2) please note that we are doing a spree here. Please DO not bargain or join if uncomfortable.
3) As this is the first time ordering, we will try to make sure items will be as close to pictured
4) Full payment have to be in before we order anything for you
5) Payment have to be made before spree closes
6) Exchanges will not be allowed as we will check before sending the items out
7) spree will take around 3 to 4 weeks to arrive after spree closes
8) Please be patient for our updates and for the spree. We swear we will be reponsible
Some Points to note
1) Please do check your junk mail for any updates. Spree will definitely take 1 to 4 weeks to arrive , so please be patient dears!
2)HP MESSAGING (IMP)
As many spree-ers have my hp no, please please please DO not use my number to enquire on spree updates or inform me of anything. Please strictly go by email. Reasons is because first, i 100% don't keep any spree-ers' numbers,so i will be wondering who the sender is. And it gets really frustrating when 100 spree-ers message me on updates and stuff and i will be replying 100 times " you are? " . Secondly, i really hate to sms. Thirdly, i do have my own commitments so i will not be able to reply 24 hours a day on hp. Email me and i will definitely reply you at night!i swear! :) Unless you really have a very very important news that cannot wait or you are arranging a meetup with me, you can sms me but please state your email when messaging. Hope all spree-ers are able to cooperate on this! thanks millions millions and really will appreciate it!
3) ALL packages, ( with no exception) MUST be collected in 3 weeks time from date of collection if not we reserves ALL rights to consficate items without any refunds.
5) as previously stated , Meetups Most probably will be at Jurong point OR bukit panjang Mall OR AMK hub. Details will be known only when items about to arrive. No private meetups at all. ☺ Note that if there are too many spree—ers requesting for meetup, priority will go to those with larger/heavier or more items NOT those who have already made prior arrangements with me . All spree-ers who cannot make it for the meeting or is rejected due to Large number of spree-ers meeting up will strictly have to go by post.
Note that the mass meetup is to my own convenience. Please do not request for me to private meetup at your place because do understand that I have too many spree-ers request to adhere to.
6) Lost Normal mail/ SPOILT items via post is 100% unrefundable/exchangable. All items are checked before sending out. We seek all spree-ers' understanding on this matter and strongly 100% encourage registered mail.
7) All lenses found to be broken/ torn in within the tube MUST be be returned for any exchanges in within one week after receiving the item (means 3 days after sending) . No exchanges = No new lenses. We will not accept any complains for spoilt/ damaged lenses after 1 week.
8) if there are any refunds to be done, it will be completed latest in 1 week time . Please kindly dun rush me in refunding cos i definitely will refund but in 1 week time. :)
Mailing
1) we will not be responsible for any lost mail for normal mail. Registered mail is highly encouraged. If mail is lost for normal mail, we will not do any replacement of products nor will we do any refunds.
2) do give us time to pack and wrap the items properly for you.
Registered mail/ normal mail will be sent out 2-3 days after confirmation and arrival .
3) postage costs will be borne by the buyer.
Disclaimer :
we will not take any responsibility for the products or aftermath. On our part, we will ensure that all products are brand new, authentic and fresh.
Note that if you are uncomfortable with any terms or conditions, please do not join. We do not welcome spree-ers who are unreasonable in their demands. As much as we wish spree-ing to be a pleasant one , we do encounter spree-ers who have the idea that they are shopping in a GUCCI shop and expect GUCCI customer service. However, most of the spree-ers we have met have been really nice and sweet and understanding! We strive to provide a happy shopping experience and the best customer service that we can attain.
Please note that we have all rights to reject orders if we feel uncomfortable with you.All unreasonable spree-ers will be ignored :) pls do make this spreeing a enjoyable one dears!
