Terms and conditions

Please note that once you joined this spree, this full page of terms & conditions will be binding to you. Strictly NO refunds no matter in what scenario.

For any exchanges, there will be a dateline set for exchanges. Once you missed the deadline, there will NOT be any exchanges done even in any form of situations such as you just opened your lenses only. Note that postage of exchanges is BORNE by the buyer, not by US. [ For postages of lenses to be sent back to us and postage of new lenses to be sent to you . We will be borning postage back to korea. ] Please note that all below is strictly adhering to the policy of the company.

Process
Once confirmed that ur exchange is valid, we have to wait for the deadline to end THEN send all the lenses back to korea. Company will send upon receival. Note that we are not sure how long the process will take but it is not going to be fast and it is very expensive too :( Do make sure you can wait if u opt to go for the exchange.

What happens if your lenses is spoilt upon receival ? ( broken, tear )
Ans : If broken and dried out during transit, you have to take a picture as evidence and send to us before the deadline and once okayed, you can qualify for exchanges. However this case , we have not have ANY yet having done 5 sprees.

What happens if my eyes hurt after wearing one of them?
ANS : if both eyes hurts, sorry but i have to let you know that it means that the lenses are NOT suitable for you and is not the case of spoilt lenses, thus no exchanges nor refunds. Spree-ers buy the lenses at their own discretion and we have ensured that these lenses are authentic. If it hurts, it is due to being unsuitable for ur eyes which might be too sensitive. However if one eye hurts, please send us a picture of ur infected eyes and send us back the bottle, we will do a exchange for you.

What happens if there is a tear?
Ans: please check the lenses carefully before you open it. A tear is easy to spot. In most situation, it will tear at the sides IF not in the middle. Please check 100% carefully before opening. Because the company wants us to send the lenses back to them before they allow for exchanges, if u open your lenses , it might be difficult to qualify for an exchange. Thus, if you open ur lenses then discover got tear, we are sorry that we are UNABLE to exchange for you. Thus, please CHECK first before opening so we can exchange for u with the bottles unopen. Hope everyone understand that we do have to comply to the company rules of only exchanging UNOPENED lenses.

In any case, please do not throw away any form of packaging of the lenses :) like the CAP and the bottle.

What happens if i missed ur deadline?
Ans : sorry but NO NO NO exchanges. It is not cheap to fly the exchanges back through and flo to korea. no exceptions allowed. we do give a reasonable deadline for exchanges ( around one week plus after sending out the lenses). Note that the company does not exchange any lenses that has been in our hands too long. If you JUST opened ur lenses and something is wrong with it but you have missed the deadline, we really apologise but there is no way we can do a exchange for you. It is the responsibility of the spree-er to check if there is any problem with the lenses by the deadline!

What happens if i feel that the design is unsuitable / do not like the design/ does not enlarges my eyes?
Ans : sorry babes but you bought at your own risk and chose the design yourself. It is unfair to ask us to exchange when you have tried out the lenses. Trying on lenses is the same as trying on undies --> cannot be exchanged after worn. So no exchanges at all. Hope this is clear to everyone :)

What happens if i ordered the wrong degree and want to exchange?
Ans : do note that if u order the wrong degree and decide to exchange AFTER the orders are made, you have to purchase a new pair because the company DOES NOT allow exchanges for wrong degrees and we will have to purchase a new pair instead from them. It is a mistake on the spree-er part and we will not take any responsibility for it. All shipping costs + other costs will be borne by the spree-er. In this case, no exchanges allowed and spree-er can keep the original pair to herself.

note that there cannot be any changes to spree-er orders once spree closed and orders made. Do understand that there are many processes in within and it is very inconvenient for us to exchange lenses due to spree-er 's own mistake.

Note that : all ratings will be deleted if you decide to be unreasonable and fall under this category. :)
